De STB 2025 stelt dat deze ramingen bedoeld zijn om de bandbreedte van het project te bepalen.<br><br>\n\u2022\tKengetallenmethode: Er wordt gerekend met prijzen per eenheid, zoals een prijs per hectare voor natuurontwikkeling of een prijs per <span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:107%;,sans-serif\">m\u00b2<\/span> voor de inrichting van een park.<br>\n\u2022\tOnnauwkeurigheidsmarge: Bij een globale raming hoort in deze fase vaak een marge van 20% tot 30%, omdat de exacte materiaalkeuze (bijv. soort natuursteen of boommaat) nog niet vaststaat.<br>\n\u2022\tDoel: Het toetsen of het ambitieniveau van de opdrachtgever matcht met het beschikbare budget (het 'taakstellend budget').<br>\n<br>\n<span style=\"color: #9CC126\"><b>Elementenraming (Ontwerpfase VO\/DO)<\/b><\/span><br>\n\nDe kostencheck is een cruciaal toetsmoment in de STB 2025. Telkens wanneer een ontwerpstap wordt afgerond (van structuurontwerp naar voorontwerp, en van voorontwerp naar definitief ontwerp), moet de adviseur controleren of het ontwerp nog binnen de financi\u00eble kaders past.<br><br>\n\u2022\tElementenraming: De raming wordt gedetailleerder.
